This self-catering, beach facing home is spread over two stories and 185 square meters. The home is equipped with a beautiful covered deck with uninterrupted views of the crystal blue waters of False Bay. Amenities include on-site laundry facilities with a washing machine, air-conditioning in every bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer. Guests have full run of the entire property. I love entertaining and sharing my home. I will ensure that there is someone to welcome you and answer any questions you may have. This will either be me or my son Troy. We're only a SMS or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) away and will respond promptly to any questions you may have. Gordons Bay is a picturesque seaside village situated between beautiful mountain ranges and the famous False Bay coast. There are many excellent restaurants and pubs. It's an easy drive to Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Paarl, and the Cape Winelands. Daily maid service is provided every 2nd day of your stay (excludes Sunday and public holidays).

A panoramic view of the coast reveals soft waves lapping against rocky formations. The vibrant blue ocean contrasts against the sandy beach, with a clear sky above. Sun loungers are visible on a spacious deck, providing a place to enjoy the scenic surroundings.

Completed by a top designer, breathtaking views of the mountains and wine valley, next to Le Lude champagne estate and restaurant, on an equestrian estate. And under 10 minutes walk to the centre of town, 5 minutes to Le Lude or Haute Cabriere estates, the monument, museum etc. There is even a friendly water mongoose named Tilly who will come to visit! NO CHILDREN of any age allowed, including infants.

Nestled in the exclusive area of Cairnside, this semi-detached house offers the perfect place to enjoy beautiful views of False Bay and is less than 5 mins from the local beach and tidal pool. One of our favourite past times is watching the water activities from the sheltered deck. Whale spotting, kite surfers jumping in the bay, sailing regattas and flocks of birds migrating along the coast. The sun rises across this side of the bay, if you're up early you'll be mesmerised by the view.

A modern living area is highlighted by a large round mirror and a light wood console table, which holds decorative vases. Baskets on the floor provide additional storage. Soft grey and yellow furnishings complement the warm wood tones, while natural light filters through the windows.

Tranquil Waterfront Hideaway with Stunning Views

We have beautiful views over the water and of the Muizenberg Mountains. Surfers Corner Muizenberg is less than 5 mins drive away. We have SOLAR - so weather permitting, no load shedding issues affecting this home! Solar-heated pool, three sundecks and a terrace upstairs with lots of sunbeds, lounge furniture and a swing chair. Pedalo and SUP ready to be enjoyed on the marina. Weber gas grill on front patio.

Close to popular amenities and wine farms. Peaceful with sea view from the patio. Air conditioning in the bedroom. There is a sleeper couch in the lounge that could sleep 2 more people/children.
