Mary Anne's R

NadjaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Danny was always quick to reply, very flexible when we e.g. asked for an additional blanket. The only thing where he could improve is to provide more dishes and kitchen hardware. We stayed there with 4 people, but only had 3 bowls, the rest was mainly limited to 4 pieces each, but a few more dishes wouldn't hurt so that the dishwasher that is available can actually be more full. There were also only 2 pots available. Everything else was great, just some small ideas to further improve.

Spacious Crawford Apartment

Great place, fabulous vibrant decor. We were met shortly after arrival and they were at great pains to ensure we were satisfied and well set up. Easy walk into Derry - bit of a hill on the way back but need to start working off food from the great restaurants! Lots of sights and sobering history to absorb all within walking distance.

Beautiful home the views are outstanding especially if the sun is out. David was great we had trouble connecting to the WiFi as my son had accidentally turned off a plug in a bedroom this could have been a nightmare (can you imagine a 9year old with no WiFi) David called my straight away and explained what to do to fix it. Rossnowlagh beach is close and also the smugglers creek inn was a highlight for dinner if i get the chance il definitely be back.

Ardinarive Lodge

TomRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Joanne greeted us to walk us through the property and filled us in on local to-do’s. Loved her recommendation for the restaurant, Tank & Skinny’s, in the town of Limavady. Excellent sandwiches/desserts. Very clean and welcoming with tasty goodies (bread, cookies, jam, butter), milk, coffee, and a bottle of wine. The washing machine/drying rack came in handy. Really enjoyed the mini-balcony on the 2nd floor to stargaze. Wow!! What an amazing place set on a rolling countryside road, with high quality construction and finishes. Ask about the cute Austrian sheep up the road, sooooo cute.

Brendan was very welcoming and accommodating on arrival. Showed us everything we needed to know I.e heating settings, how to work the hot tub and give us a great wee tour of the house. The house itself has a spacious parking area, a gorgeous open plan from living room, kitchen and dining room. The bedrooms where very spacious which made it a comfortable stay with a large group. The ensuite bathrooms and other bathrooms situated around the house where immaculate as well as the entirety of the house. The spacious outdoor seating area and hot tub where amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will likely book this location again.

Garden Rooms @ Drumagosker

AmyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We stayed here with our two sons and our dog. The house was so comfortable and cosy. The space was perfect and so well designed and maintained. The gardens were fab and very secure so the dog could potter around and we could leave the door open. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was easy to use. I’d highly recommend this house to anyone travelling this direction. As an aside, the local area is stunning. We completed many walks and many cafes etc were dog friendly so we could bring her inside which was so easy when the weather was bad. This is my new favourite location in Ireland as it was just so easy and every single person we met was so nice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house to friends and family!

A wonderful, clean and comfortable fully equipped property which proved an excellent base for our golf holiday both sides of the border. Would certainly be happy to stay here again in the future for a return trip to the region and very happy to recommend to others. A lovely property.

Large House, Stunning Views & Private Beach Access

SeanRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Jill and Alistair could not have been better hosts. From initial booking inquiry through checkout, they were incredibly helpful, responsive, friendly, and went the extra mile without any prompt. Directions to the stay were crystal clear, the property is immaculate, beautiful, private, and well located for the exploration of Finad and all of Donegal. Rathmullan is a wonderful town, and I can not recommend enough a stay with Jill, and Alistair, and especially their wonderful dogs. Alistair was extra helpful in navigating the area, providing recommendations, asking for feedback, and saving a few strokes up at Portsalon Golf Club. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay well within reach of some of Ireland's most beautiful drives, landmarks, and scenery, this is the place to be. We have travelled quite a bit over the last few years, and this stay was the best we have experienced due to not only location, but the hospitality of Jill and Alistair. A review of 5 stars is too few.

Portrush Gem: Family Apt Between Two Beaches

The property was phenomenal! Zaid was a great host with speedy responses and was able to accommodate extending our stay at last minute. Large property, very private and quiet even though in centre with lots to do around. Place was spotless and had everything you need. Beds were very comfortable and roomy. Parking was free on street but not right outside as there is a time limit but very accessible. Lift to the property and roomy to accommodate anyone with mobility issues. Small touches like some treats for the kids, coffee etc and even new toothbrushes and toothpaste on beds. Full range of digital channels on TV with streaming available. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Flowerhill Barn Apartment 2

RebeccaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Beautifully done up apartment. We stayed for 2 nights for a wedding near by. It was very near the venue and easy to book a taxi. Bed and sofa are comfortable and theres a good range of equiptment in kitchen for anything basic. Host was very kind and responsive. The property has some very affectionate cats. Only thing that I would note is thers no window in the bedroom, which is tough if the weather is warm.
