Newly-built mountain cabin near Stöten

Newly built mountain cabin (2024) located in scenic Gräshedens Wilderness Village. About 10 minutes to Stötens ski resort, about 25 minutes to Sälenfjällen's facilities and about 40 minutes to Trysil. Adjacent to the cabin, there are cross-country ski tracks 3 and 8 km and a snowmobile trail. In summertime there are nice hiking trails around the knot and it is 2 km to Södra Kungsleden. 500m to Görälven for fishing, 25 mins to Rörbäcksnäs with its well-known mountain bikes courts. There are also several swimming areas within a few km. Sauna !

Large and great family cabin

Here, the whole family can lower their shoulders, unplug, and really get the good cabin feel. The cabin is large (109 sqm), spacious and open. It's at a great location in the mountains. The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, skiing and by bike. Right outside the door there is a well developed network of about 100 km of well-groomed skiing trails. There is a short distance to the ski resorts in Trysilfjellet (25 min) and Sälen (35 min). Here you are close to activities both for big and small and to all seasons.

A serene forest stream flows over smooth stones, partially covered in moss. Lush greenery surrounds the water, with hints of autumn colors seen in the leaves. Sunlight filters through the trees, illuminating the water's surface and creating a peaceful environment.

The apartment has ski-in/ski-out both for the World cup hill that goes to Stöten Square and to the slope Alven that leads down to the ski square. It has beautiful views over the mountains and is located about 100 meters from Stöten square where restaurants/apres ski, shops and ski rentals are available. Accommodation highly recommended! Great and cozy spaces, very clean and ample space. Nice and helpful landlord. In winter, there is certainly a lot going on, as it is located in a ski resort. Hikes possible directly from the house.

Very fresh and nice apartment and nice view from it! Nice host and easy to deal with. The only small minus was that we had to ask for the key box code as it was not yet sent when it was time for check-in, but got it quickly when we asked for it. Would stay here again and recommend others to do the same!

When we arrived, we could hardly believe our luck. The place is really incredibly beautiful and the views of the forests and mountains are beautiful. The other houses around it make you feel very safe, yet you have good privacy. The decor is really very nice. The modern architecture mixed with parts of a forest hut through the fireplace, the hanging not real deer head and the fur lying in the living room is really very nice. The bed upstairs is very soft and cozy. The sauna is really great and easy to use. Really well equipped, we lacked nothing. Highly recommended☺️♥️
