Lovely cottage only 400 meters from the beach

Cozy and well-maintained cottage within walking distance to child-friendly bathing beach close to forest and nature. The house is on one level with room for 5-6 guests and an annex with room for 2. In the bedroom there is a bed of 160x200 and in the living room a sofa bed of about the same size when it is turned out, in the other room there is a bed of 120x200 where there is room for 2 children/young people. The annex contains a bed of 140x200, it is insulated and has a radiator. Some will think that 7 adults are too many due to the size of the house.

There is direct access to a lovely west-facing terrace with a view to the dunes and the rooftops of the city. The apartment is located on the first floor. There are free parking options close by and the possibility of unloading at the door

The village is also close to the North Sea, Fosdalen, Svinkløv, Hærvejen and the Bird Sanctuary Vejlene. Short distance to good beaches and Skagen is also an option. Aalborg, Fårup Sommerland and the North Sea are at a distance of 30-45 min. Double bed and possibility of bedding for two in the living room. The house is located on a plot that is fenced in so there is also room for a small dog (not in the furniture) and the children can not just slip out on the road. Tea towels, dishcloths, dishes, spices, coffee, the available. It is possible to rent covers and towels for 125kr per person. Payable in cash on departure from the house. If you rent bed linen, please remove it and lay it on the floor in the hallway when you leave.
