The Lodge 44a (refreshed in 2025!) is purpose built, STEP FREE, accessible, semi-detached bungalow (shower is NOT wheelchair accessible) on the edge of Worthing a short walk from the National Park. Consists of a King-size en-suite bedroom, very well equipped kitchen, cosy and comfortable lounge/diner/utility room with additional toilet/high end washer/dryer. It has every home comfort, 55" OLED TV incl. full cable & streaming TV. Free off street parking. Own front door. Very fast (secure) Wi-Fi.

Amazing large pristine heated pool, country views

Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private new pristine 17m swimming pool. The beautiful pool is heated from March 2026. Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. Modern, new stylish interiors with a cosy wood burner (in Winter months) and a large patio, BBQ and fire pit outside (wood not included). Conveniently located 15 miles to Gatwick Airport.

Entire guest house studio - West Sussex

Stay in our lovely bright studio annexe, in the grounds of our house on the outskirts of Billingshurst. Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

Wattlegate Cottage is a charming converted carthouse on a traditional working farm in the heart of the South Downs National Park. The Woodland Zeppelin (Outdoor Bath Available April to November) Our Zeppelin landed in 2017 and has been a popular romantic and lifestyle retreat, from busy lives, since then. The woodland Zeppelin is designed differently inside to the original Airship 001, to appeal to all couples and those who have enjoyed their stays with us, previously. This accommodation has no mains plug sockets and sparse mobile signal. It was designed by the architect Roderick James.

The 'Garden Room' is a light and airy self contained three room annex, located in the picturesque village of High Salvington, well known for its Windmill in the Souths Downs National Park. It it is completely self-contained, with a separate entrance from the adjacent family house. With easy access to the Souths Downs, it’s location is ideal for both walking & cycling and also within a 25 minute drive to Goodwood, Chichester, Cowdray and Brighton & Hove.
