The cozy house with a large garden and sauna (fee fee) is located on the edge of the forest in the Märkische Schweiz Nature Park, just 50 km from Berlin-Mitte. The lovingly decorated house has a beautiful view of the forest, a large eat-in kitchen, fireplace and underfloor heating. In the village there are 3 lakes with natural swimming areas and an outdoor pool. Hiking in the nature park, cycling, reading in the hammock, grilling, relaxing, cooking together, sitting by the campfire or working in peace - all this is possible here.

Our 3rd accommodation: a small wooden house (8 sqm) on wheels on our idyllic organic farm meadow in the particularly beautiful nature park village of Ihlow (Märkische Schweiz Nature Park 50 km from Berlin's center!), separately located, glazed on two sides, beautiful view, toilet & shower 50 m away, courtyard café directly on the farm (from May to October seasonally!)Breakfast & dinner individually also outside of opening hours! Sauna in Reichenow Castle (3 km). Please register there directly yourself (€15 per person)!

Regional and S-Bahn (suburban train) is a 10-minute walk away. (9 min drive to Potsdamer Platz), bus in 3 min. Ent., shopping within walking distance (Lidl, Aldi, REWE, Rossmann, C&A, organic shop, weekly market).

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation, picturesque village Ihlow, in the Märkische Schweiz (5km walk through the forest to Buckow), 55km east of Berlin. You can swim in the Reichenower Lake (3km) or in the Grosser Thornowsee. If you don't have a car, you can get there by bus or bicycle (18km) from Straussberg Nord station. The property itself is 4000 sqm, offering a beautiful garden to relax. An outdoor sauna is also available. The surrounding area offers several lakes and forests for swimming and wandering. The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Künstlerhaus Zernsdorf - Berlin

Former artists' house near Berlin: Our house with a large garden was built in the early 1930s (URL HIDDEN) and is almost in its original condition and radiates a bright and warm atmosphere through the use of ecological building materials and colors. The furnishings are simple and personal. Within walking distance of the house is our lake with 2 very nice swimming spots. The Spreewald Biosphere Reserve, the Schlaubetal and Berlin are about 1 hour away.

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2 min walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and 5 min walk to the Rummelsburger Bucht on the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.
