Inkludert kort avstand til fjorden, og badstue gjennom Damp AS. Leiligheten har kjøkken med bl. a. oppvaskmaskin, brødrister, vannkoker og airfryer, bad med vaskemaskin, soverom med hems og 2 dobbeltsenger, og stue med tv, chromecast og sofaplass til 4 personer. Hund kan tillates etter avtale. Leiligheten er ommøblert etter fotografering.

Open, bright and cosy apartment right next to Stavangers restaurant-street in a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment has a combined living room with a large sofa and TV, a dining area, a seperate bedroom with a double bed and a well-equipped kitchen containing an oven, microwave, frdige/ freezer and various cooking utensils. There is floor heating in the kitchen and a fireplace in the living room, as well as a small balcony. The apartment is in the first floor (2nd floor in Norwegian terms).

Maria’s hus

Peaceful area. 3 min. walk to the beginning of Stavanger city center. 7 min. walk to Stavanger Bus station. The house is our home and is rented out when we are away. NOTE that the bed in master bedroom is built-in and custom-made. It measures 140x180cm. May be a problem for those over 180. Both beds have soft mattress toppers, not medium or hard. Due to a very unfortunate incident with a guest without references, I no longer feel comfortable renting to profiles without solid references.

Preikestolen 10 minutter til parkering. Les anmeldelsene fra tidligere gjester. Utsikten er slående, stedet er skjermet fra trafikk og støy. Sol til klokken 22:20 på de lengste dagene. Slå dere ned i flere dager og gå på flotte turer og fjelltopper fra utgangsdøren. Fem minutter fottur unna kan du bade i en elv med friskt fjellvann. Kort avstand til Jørpeland sentrum (10 minutter gange, 5 min å kjøre) med alle nødvendige butikker tilgjengelig. Insta espen.brekke er det diverse turtips

Nydelig renovert villa midt i sentrum. Her har du alt du trenger for et herlig opphold midt i smørøyet. En flott bakgård med sol hele dagen og overbygget hagestue. Hagemøbler, solstoler og grill. Fullt utstyrt kjøkken, og stue med spiseplass. 2 soverom i 2 etasje. Det ene med utgang til balkong. Huset ligger i en stille og rolig gate uten gjennomgangstrafikk. Idse wonderful life, 25 minutes from Pulpit rock

Slapp av på idylliske Idse. Utsikten her er magisk. Å avslutte dagen på terassen med fyr i bålpannen og å sitte i jacuzzien med utsikt utover fjorden er virkelig herlig. Hytta er moderne og bra utstyrt. God plass til 7 gjester. Kort vei til Preikestolen, Lysefjorden og Stavanger.
