Bus ride to Stavanger city center in about 12 min and about 20 min walking distance to the new hospital. Short distance to Sørmarka with nice hiking areas. The apartment consists of two identical bedrooms, one bathroom and kitchen with living room. Underfloor heating in bathrooms and living areas. The apartment is partially renovated and has a garden with a terrace. In total there are prepared 2 150cm beds for four people.

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.

Welcome to Stavanger and our very cozy apartment on the 2nd floor of our villa from 1913. The apartment consists of one bedroom (double bed), bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge and stove. In the living room there is a sofa bed that sleeps two people (150cm). You have access to free Wi-Fi. The apartment is 75 sqm. After you have used the city's facilities, this is a really great place to relax and catch your breath.

Its 2-6 minutes walk to city center, harbour, railway and buses. Several grocery stores and restaurants 40-80 m away.

We are a registered fishery, so fish export is possible
