Nice apartment suitable for both families and business travelers. The apartment has a nice backyard/garden, free parking, close to the sea, playgrounds, grocery stores 150 meter from the house, 10 min walk to the city, 5 min walk to Øst ( shops, restaurants and bars) If you are interested in hiking, the apartment is a fantastic starting point for day trips to the Pulpit Rock and other trips in Ryfylke. The bus that takes you through Ryfast and to Pulpit Rock is just a short walk away.

Close to the sea and 5 min walking to privat Sauna just by the sea you can rent. 15 min. walking to Stavanger sentrum. Bus is going every 15 min. to sentrum 30 meters from the house.

The building has been through total renovation in 2017 and the apartment appears brand new. It is situated downtown Stavanger centre, walking distance to all the major sights in the city. There is free parking right outside the building, including free electric car charger outlet.
