Newly-built cottage in beautiful location

The cottage was completed in late summer 2024 and is now ready for rental. It has a very nice, sunny and private location on a cape by the Lule river. The cottage consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 people, large sofa and a TV. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with laundry facilities, two bedrooms and a sauna. The cottage also has a large sleeping loft with an undisturbed view of the river. The cottage has a large furnished balcony with barbecue grill.

A small newly renovated and cozy cabin for rent. In the summer, where the days are long, you have the opportunity for fishing, hiking and berry and mushroom picking. In winter, you can drive snowmobiles, ice fishing and dog sledding. End the day with a hot sauna (rented out) with possibility to see the northern lights directly from the relaxation room. The house is located about 30 km from Arvidsjaur where you have the opportunity to shop. There is also a smaller general store in Moskosel (about 15 km).

Just a few minutes walk you will find restaurants, shop, ski lift and much more that Kåbdalis offers. Swimming area is located in the middle of Kåbdalis village. NOTE: During May - November, the restaurant is not open. The store is open 24 hours a day with Mobile BankID.
