Tillgång till trädgård och stora gräsytor. 6 km till närmsta badstrand. 11 km till populära Bjärbybadet på östra sidan och 12 km till Färjestaden/bron. Många fina promenad möjligheter i naturen. På landet finns de flugor, tuppar som gal och arbete som utförs på gården. Mindre hundar är välkomna, större hundar blir för trångt i den lilla lägenheten.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla nyrenoverade boende på 110 kvm. Ligger ca 300m från havet och med gångavstånd till lökenäs badplats. Finns en stor altan på den ogenerade baksidan med utemöbler och kolgrill. Kök med diskmaskin, Micro, kaffebryggare och servis till 12 personer. Ölands djurpark och Coop ligger 12 min från boendet. Tar 14 min till Färjestaden där fler matbutiker och köpcenter finns. Det tar ca 1h 15min till Böda sands camping. Medtag egna sängkläder och handdukar.

En nyrenoverad stuga i byn Störlinge, på östra sidan av Öland. Fräscht och ljust med nya möbler och inredning Här är det nära till hav och natur. Även till fina badplatser och fågelreservat. Mellan stugan och havet är det en promenad på ca 30-40 min och ca 3km. Perfekt promenad eller joggingtur. Stugan har ett lugnt och fint läge med nya utemöbler och solstolar. Ett perfekt ställe att utforska Öland ifrån. Här är det så rogivande och avstressande. Varmt välkomna och känn er som hemma.

Modern stuga endast 15 meter från stranden och bryggan som leder dig ut i havet. Boendet som byggdes 2019 ligger naturskönt på Dunö cirka 10 min (bil) söder om Kalmar. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Åslemåla, a beautiful place on the country side

A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....

Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”

Central, renovated & fully equipped cottage in Färjestaden! Located 3 minutes walk to the bus stop "Snäckstrand south" where you can go both south on Öland and into Kalmar very easily. Walking distance to Färjestaden with shops & restaurants. To Eriksöre village street it is 7km & to Ekerum 18km! Own patio with barbecue facilities as well as free parking space just outside the cottage.

Havsnära fritidshus.

Fräscht nybyggt (2023) fritidshus med egen badbrygga. Huset är ljust och trevligt med badbryggan 25m från huset. Huset har alla bekvämligheter. Utemiljön kommer att uppdateras efterhand med uteplatser och dyl. Vid bryggan finns även en liten roddbåt ifall man vill ta sig en liten tur i den vackra skärgården, kanske vill ni testa fiskelyckan? Hjärtligt välkomna.

Nice small and modern studio close to the seaside. 8km to the city center of Kalmar and 2okm to reach the Island Öland with their lovely beaches and wonderful nature. If you want to stay on the Island Styrsö where the studio is located you find a bathing place 500meters down the road.
