Newly renovated guest house of approx. 50 sqm, a few kilometers outside Ystad. Here you live quietly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door, there is a private south-facing patio. Car can be parked right outside the house. In the house, there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180 cm) and in the sleeping loft, which is accessed via a staircase, there are two single beds (90 cm x 2). Crib is available to borrow. The bike path takes you all the way to Ystad (about 7 km to the city center), there are bicycles to borrow.

Tiny House in garden outside Ystad

Stay in a newly renovated villa carriage in a cozy garden in the countryside garden. Accommodates 2 adults and up to 3 children. In the living room there is TV, dining area and a small sofa bed. The kitchen is simply equipped so grilling, take away or simpler cooking is what applies. The dry toilet and cold water are in the wagon. Outdoor shower outside in the garden as well as hot water shower are available in our basement. Access to cozy garden and parking. In the village there is a 24-hour grocery store. We'd love to tell you more.

You'll have easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Cozy living room with sofa and behind a half wall hides a 120 bed. Spacious bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, washing machine and dryer. Hair dryer and fridge. Heated floors throughout. Coffee and tea are available and can be easily fixed with the kettle. Towels and bed sheets are included. There is the possibility of making the sofa bed if you think it will be too crowded for 2 people in the bed. Sheets are in the cupboard in the bathroom.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.
