Äppelviken one of the most preferred living areas in Stockholm. Close to the city, sea, nature. A very nice quiet area. We live upstairs in our villa and are happy to rent our basement/ground floor with bedroom, own entrance, free parking, wifi, laptop, WC, shower (sauna - only in wintern, pls pre-book). A small kitchenette with microwave oven, fridge, water boiler. Pls note there is no stove. You reach Stockholm City within 20 -25 min with bus/tram/metro. A nice garden where you can relax.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. My apartment is a very beautiful and bright place right in the centre of Stora Essingen - an city island that belongs to the area of Kungsholmen. It is on the top floor on the corner of the building with mostly families with children as neighbour. The afternoon/evening sun will mesmerize you in the living room and kitchen and in the morning through the bedroom windows. Stora Essingen is sometimes called the Sthlm French qvarter due to the large inhabitants of French & the French school here...

My apartment is located on the beautiful island Stora Essingen. 37 sqm with separate kitchen and roomy bed alcove sleeping 2 people (120cm). The southwest free view with sea glimpse is rare! Outside the building there is a cosy garden and large patio perfect for sitting in the sun. Location: 1 min walk to bus 1 which goes directly into the center of Stockholm in 15-20 min. 1 min walk from the island’s food store, bakery and 3 min from swimming, nature and walking routes next to the sea.
