Newly built guesthouse near Gothenburg city center

Come and stay in our newly built guesthouse in a quiet villa oasis close to central Gothenburg. Both tram and bus are within a 5-minute walk, which takes you quickly to the city centre or Liseberg. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven and dishwasher. There is a relatively large bathroom with a shower and washing machine as well as a sleeping loft with a double bed. The sleeping loft is accessed via a narrow staircase and it is not standing height up in the loft. There are place for a car in our driveway.

Nice apartment with free parking.

Nice apartment with its own entrance in a villa. Modern kitchen, bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Just outside the door is a small patio with nice views of the valley down towards Sävedalen. Private guest wifi is included as well as a TV and a sound system from Sonos. A walk of about 5-10 minutes takes you down to Sävedalen shopping street with various shops and several restaurants. At about the same time, you can reach the bus stop for further travel towards Gothenburg. A taxi to central Gothenburg costs about 150-300 SEK

Relax in this unique and quiet home that straddles the entire Askim fjord all the way to the Tistlen. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the screezes of the seagull for the morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there are no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the knot. Super cozy Attefall's house!

Casa Oliva - the nicest we have built! The house is centrally located in Mölndal, in a quiet residential area, close to Gothenburg. Our new Attefall house of 30 m2 called Casa Oliva, is a very homely little house built in 2021 and is in super nice condition. Suitable for those who travel alone, or those who visit Gothenburg on a couple's weekend or longer holiday, or the smaller family (2 adults, 2 children). Light one room apartment located in Lunden 10 min from the central by bus/tram. The apartment is located in the nice area Lunden with shops and cafés. The bus stop "Nobelplatsen" or "Redbergsplatsen" will quickly take you anywhere. No wifi or teve but have everything else! I will rent out my apartment when going on vacation. The bed is 140 cm. The apartment is listed on my old adress to keep my reviews. New adress in Lunden is more central.

Really nice and lucky to be there with Annika and Grunnar, they are very nice people and easy to talk and live with. I had a very good time with them, highly recommended!

It is such a treat to travel such a long way and yet feel like you are right at home. Thomas and Jens-Kristian have put a great deal of thought and care into the space. It has everything you should need and is very efficient in its use of space. The location is just perfect. You can be at the tram stop in 3 minutes and to central Gothenburg in 15. The bonus, and don’t skip this is the amazing park a short walk across the street. We hiked there every day and to have forests, trails and lakes right in the City and outside your front door is an amazing treat. We recommend this home without hesitation and would return in a heartbeat.

I felt really welcomed at Fionas. I have worked one day remotly and the Internet connection was stabile and very good. The apartment is located in a quite street but perfectly to explore Gothenburg by feet. I can recommend staying here and would come back anytime :-)
