Stenhaga - lake house

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating dock with bathing ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Scheduled lax. A fish is included in the rental rental then SEK 130/ lax. Rowboat is included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled all the way to the side, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with open fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, apple tv.

I rent out my cabin at 43m. Fully equipped for 4 people. Free wifi in the cabin. The cottage is very nice and overlooks the Blue Virgin. It is about 1 km to the nearest grocery store and pizzeria. First Camp is a 4 star camping located about 500 meters away from the cottage. There are nice swimming opportunities, playground, mini golf course, canoe, bike rental and restaurant. You clean the space yourself. A cleaning fee will be charged if you don't clean before checkout. Bed linen and towels are not included.

The Twin Cottage from the 18th century is situated in a small hamlet with grazing animals and foot paths in the surrounding forest and fields. We have 45 km to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren’s world. The area of ‘Bråbygden’ is known for it rich flora and well kept fields. Bråhultesjön, 6 km from us, is a nice lake for bathing. Twin Cottage is like old times attatched house. Beachfront, cozy cottage in beautiful Bråbygden.

History: Our farm was built in the early 1900s by Caroline's old grandfather Erik. Our residential house was built in 1908, the following years the rest of the buildings. 1925 the cottage was used as a small farmhouse, while upstairs and the part where the kitchen is now was storeroom and grain storage. In the early 1980s it was converted into a dwelling, then by Caroline's grandfather Nils. Enjoy large garden, cozy cozy cottage only 80 meters from the beach edge.
