The 4 bikes and the grill can be used free of charge. Tram stops, supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. The house is not just a vacation home. Welcome to a quiet apartment where you are all alone. Right in the middle between Dresden and Bautzen. Other excursion destinations, such as Upper Lusatia or Saxon Switzerland, are very easy to reach from here. The apartment is on the second floor of a detached house. All rooms are very bright. A supermarket is a 10-minute walk, and the nearest train station is only 5 minutes away. On the other hand, quiet forests in the immediate vicinity invite you to relax.

To Rauenstein FW 2 (attic floor)

On our approx. 2000 m² property there are 2 apartments. The roof surfaces are well insulated from the inside and outside. The apartment is cozy and quiet. All rooms have windows. A parking space on the premises is available for the FW. If you have multiple cars or vans, there are parking spaces nearby. In about 500 m are the S-Bahn station and ferry terminal, as well as the outdoor swimming pool. There are many opportunities for hikes and excursions in the area.
