Conveniently located off M32 for UWE, MOD, work stays and exploring Bath, Wales and Cotswolds. If you wish to use the hot tub please inform us, and an additional maintenance charge of £50 per booking will be payable -This is to cover additional costs to run and maintain and keep the nightly rate fair for those who do not use. It may not be heated until evening if water changed

We are a five minute drive from the M32 which in turn links up with the M4 and M5 motorways. There is parking on the property. Bristol Parkway station is a 10 minute drive away and we are served by buses to Bath, the Mall at Cribbs Causeway, and to the city centre.
