We have converted our garage into a peaceful little studio. It is a simple space offering basic amenities & WiFi. The studio has a mezzanine level with a double bed and exposed beams. There is a coffee machine, kettle and small fridge Please note - there is no kitchen at the property so no cooking facilities. The studio is located behind the houses on our street via a private lane. Though there isn’t a private garden, it backs on to public woodland and is a short stroll from the River Frome

A great stepping off point, whether you are going to London, The Cotswolds, Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham etc. We are very near to the Motorway network, 2 Railway Stations (Bristol Temple Meads or Bristol Parkway), Bristol Airport, Coach station in Bristol. Lyn and John were fantastic hosts - being generous with lively conversation but also providing options for privacy as desired. I paid a reduced rate due to some regulars being out of town, but they are already providing an excellent value classic bed and breakfast service with homestay personal touches. Lyn offers a full cooked breakfast and cereals to all guests, but was happy to make adjustments to tastes and needs. John also makes a tasty coffee from the espresso machine. I would be glad to return if I am able to find a moment when they are not fully booked!

Amber is lovely, I was supposed to stay for three nights but I got sent to another job so I only stayed Monday night she very kindly reimbursed the two nights I didn't stay, thank you. lovely Cottage my room was nice and comfy the Bathroom was spotless. thanks again Amber.

Kay was a great host. She was very helpful and responsive, and the accommodation was excellent. We stayed in a twin room, which was a good size and perfect for us. The bathroom was well appointed with a very good shower. Kay provides a great breakfast, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to stay a little outside of Bristol, but easily close enough to travel in and out (bus stop opposite the house). We would definitely stay again should we visit Bristol, and highly recommend it as a perfect place to stay.

Caifeng was very welcoming and I felt very relaxed staying in her home. My room and shared bathroom very clean. Tea/coffee if I wanted downstairs in the kitchen. Free parking. Her home is located in a fairly new housing area. It worked well for me as I was in Bristol to see my daughter who lived not too far away. I did not explore the area for cafes/restaurants so cannot comment on that.
