Vacation rentals with lake access in Stocksund

We just returned after a fantastic week in Fredrik's house on Storholmen, Stockholm. It is a real home with a wonderfully welcoming and personal atmosphere. Lots of books and games and maps and nice places to sit in the sun or shade playing board games and read - both inside and outside. We swam and rowed in Fredrik's boats and ran round the island clockwise and anti-clockwise. A truly memorable and special place. My warmest recommendations!! Claus DK

Andreas is een vriendelijke en attente gastheer. Het huis is ruim, schoon en in een rustige buurt. We waren blij met een eigen, gratis parkeerplaats voor de auto. Je kunt lopend naar het OV. 10 minuten naar de tram en 20 minuten naar de metro. We hadden een heerlijk verblijf. Dankjewel Andreas voor je gastvrijheid

Das Haus ist etwas ganz besonderes, ein Ort mit Seele! Wir haben die Zeit an diesem Platz sehr genossen und würden gerne wiederkommen. Susanna, als auch Ihr Mann, waren entzückend!

Vi tillbringade en helg i stugan och hade det fantastiskt trevligt. Stugan var ren, välutrustad och hade allt vi behövde för att känna oss hemma. När vi kom var sängarna bäddade, handdukar framlagda för alla och vi möttes av en fin välkomstgåva i form av hembakat bröd och fika, en omtänksam gest som verkligen uppskattades. Stugan ligger otroligt vackert, med magisk omgivning och en rofylld miljö. Det fanns många fina platser både inne och ute där man kunde slå sig ner och bara njuta. Kommunikation med värden fungerade utmärkt, och det märktes att det var viktigt för hen att vi skulle trivas. Vi kan varmt rekommendera ett besök, vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Unsere Zeit in dieser Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft! Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Die Sauberkeit und Gemütlichkeit des Hauses waren herausragend, und die liebevoll gestalteten Details der Einrichtung haben uns immer wieder aufs Neue begeistert. Jeder Raum war mit so viel Geschmack und Sinn für das Besondere eingerichtet, dass es ein harmonisches und einladendes Gesamtbild ergab – fast wie ein zweites Zuhause. Besonders die Sauna und der Kamin haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet und für unvergessliche Wohlfühlmomente gesorgt. Ein absolutes Highlight war der Schneefall an Silvester, der die ohnehin schon malerische Umgebung in ein wahres Winterwunderland verwandelte. Diese Kombination aus traumhafter Landschaft und außergewöhnlicher Unterkunft hat unseren Schweden-Urlaub genauso werden lassen, wie wir ihn uns erträumt hatten. What a gem in the Stockholm archipelago?! My friend and I stayed at Mikael and Anna-Viktoria’s cottage for a few days, and absolutely loved it!! The cottage is quite close to Stockholm, we took a 25 min taxi from Slussen, but you could easily get there with great bus connections. The living area is stunning, with beautiful views of the lake, natural light through the day, tasteful decor, and many spots to lounge both indoors and outdoors. We spent our days chilling, bbqing, cooking, walking … the hot tub with views of the lake was a definite highlight! Mikael and Anna-Viktoria are kind and responsive hosts. We would love to be back!

Deze prachtige woning is echt een aanrader! Het ligt op een rustige plek net buiten de stad, maar is met het openbaar vervoer of met de elektrische stepjes die overal te vinden zijn, heel goed bereikbaar. Mattias reageert heel snel en we hebben meerdere tips die hij gaf opgevolgd. We zouden zeker terugkomen!

The location was perfect and easy to find. The host were very responsive and when we had an issue with the power and the coffee maker. Just couldn’t use the coffee maker which was a bummer. Would stay again at this apartment.

The appartment was very well-equipped and perfect for one person during a long stay (one month). Birgitta and Anders are nice and caring hosts; the communication was friendly and easygoing. Issues with the internet connection were shared and quickly resolved. Gribbylund is a lovely neighborhood and the appartement is only 5min from a beautiful lake (which was frozen when I arrived, adding to the overall area's appeal). Walk trails are also available nearby in Täby. Groceries can be done in Täby Centrum (around 40min by foot): a Lidl and KFC are at around the same distance. A ICA store is located closer but I did not check it out. As a note, the ceiling is not specifically soundproof, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to occasional noise (the main house is located upstairs and the garage is at the door). Einfach eine tolle Lage in Gamla Stan. Vor allem war Annika total hilfreich. Wir konnten z.B. unser Gepäck nach dem Check out noch unterstellen, was uns sehr geholfen hat. Die Kommunikation über den Chat funktionierte auch reibungslos. Antworten kamen innerhalb weniger Minuten, teilweise direkt. Annika als Gastgeberin ist einfach nur phantastisch. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Great place to stay in a wonderful part of Stockholm. Uzi was a great host, easy to communicate with, and full of good recommendations to enjoy the best of Södermalm. The Coop next door was very convenient, and the apartment itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend, and would gladly stay again!

Très bel appartement à proximité de Stockholm. Facilement accessible depuis les transports en commun. On peut y faire de belles randonnées autour dans la Forêt et autour des lacs. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Wir waren in Olivers Unterkunft in Sångä Säby knapp zwei Wochen mit Baby. Es ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit einem traumhaften Blick über den See zum Entspannen. Mit ein paar Handgriffen war die Wohnung auch relativ Babysicher. Olivers Familie hat uns herzlich begrüßt und war immer hilfsbereit. Die kleine Wiese mit Strand war wunderbar zum Spielen (und Baden im Sommer). Es gab sogar einiges an Kinderspielzeug. Für Ausflüge war man zwar immer aufs Auto angewiesen. Aber 1h zu Fuß ist ein niedliches Blumencenter mit Café und Restaurant, wo es sich lohnt zu laufen. Wir können jedem Olivers Airbnb nur empfehlen.

What and incredible an serene Place Surround by beautiful nature. We really enjoyed the beautifull and well equipped House and Garden, and definitley have to come back!

Un véritable petit havre de paix ! Le logement est moderne, bien agencé et parfaitement situé en bord de mer avec une vue imprenable. Nous avons adoré le calme de la nature environnante. Idéal pour se ressourcer. Tout était propre et bien pensé, l’hôte est réactif et accueillant. On recommande vivement !

The sea cottage was beautiful as advertised in the photographs. Quiet and tucked away, but a quick 20-25 minute drive into the city. Peter and Malin were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had! They made the process seamless and stress free. Definitely a hidden gem in the outskirts of Stockholm.

We really enjoyed our stay at this quiet and peaceful place in the Tynningö. The best part by far was the view — wide open sea, fresh air, and large cruise ships slowly passing right in front of the house. It was like watching a moving postcard! One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub overlooking the sea. Sitting in the warm water while watching the sunset or seeing ships glide past was an unforgettable experience — calm, scenic, and perfect for unwinding. The house is simple and cozy, with all the essentials you need. The bathroom was a bit small, but manageable — and honestly, the view and outdoor experience more than made up for it. Highly recommended if you're looking to disconnect, recharge, and enjoy the best of the Swedish archipelago.

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem traumhaften Haus verbracht. Alles war perfekt – das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, bestens ausgestattet und bietet einen herrlichen Blick aufs Wasser. Die Lage auf der ruhigen Insel ist idyllisch und dennoch ist Stockholm in nur ca. 40 Minuten erreichbar. Linda und ihr Mann waren großartige Gastgeber: herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Tout était parfait, une jolie petite maison accueillante et confortable, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. Sofia est très attentionnée et serviable. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

We loved our stay! The location is beautiful with nice walks nearby. The cottage is very well equipped. The sauna and wharf are picturesque. Ulla and Karl-Gustav are the most fantastic hosts. Very kind, responsive and available but also respect the space. We would love to come back!
