Here you live centrally with the Södermalm pulse right outside the door, but still with a quiet and relaxing room facing a quiet courtyard. The accommodation is located on the 7th floor of a high-rise building and has a private entrance for an undisturbed stay. Please note that the elevator goes up to the 6th floor, and then there is a staircase to the 7th floor. Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.
