Relax in front of the wood burning stove, or on the lovely rear deck overlooking our brook and woodland. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to the village with great pubs, shops and restaurants. Not suitable for under 12 years old. Located in a semi-rural setting on the edge of the Peak District, it's just a 20-minute drive from Manchester City Centre with easy access to public transport. Making it an ideal base for exploring both the vibrant city and the stunning countryside. Only 8 minutes from the M60.

Charcoal/extra wood must be brought by guests. Wood burner inside is electric. A short walk from your vehicle, down steps, so not suitable for people with mobility issues. Parking for 2 Cars.
