Now completely refurbished it is warm, with stunning views across farmland to the Pennine hills. It has its own entrance where there is a washer dryer. We have a stylish space which is close to the Manchester Airport and 10 mins from City on Train. It is part of our home but still private; you have access via the garden and the space is all on the ground floor. We have recently renovated the whole property so the space has been decorated throughout with a newly fitted luxury shower room and upgraded kitchen. You have the use of the south facing rear garden with three areas for relaxing and or entertaining.

Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.
