The cabin is located high up. Sun much of the day/evening. Natural plot shared with the main building. Neighbors are around, not close by, you are on your own. The cottage has a large bright living room, a smaller bedroom, a kitchenette and a toilet with shower, washing machine and dryer. Three km to the sea and child-friendly swimming. Both near the cottage and on Värmdö, there are scenic areas for recreation. Two km to the bus stop with direct bus to Slussen/Stockholm. Seven km to grocery store. Two bicycles available.

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

The house has everything you need to stay in it all year round. You can park next to the house. You can also take a direct bus from Slussen that takes about 50 minutes. Drinkingwater comes from our own source and taste fantastic! Close to nice sea baths and possibility to go around Gula Vindövarvet, a beautiful walking path of 10 km through forest and along the sea.
