60s homes with large open spaces for socializing! There is an opportunity for large parties of up to 9-11 people to sleep in the house. Brick walls and fireplace with soup terrain, one stair down bathroom with spa & sauna! One covered patio and one with large wooden deck and pool. (pool season June-August. With nice weather, this can be expanded) There is a barbecue & wood-fired pizza oven for lovely summer evenings! 10 minutes from Green Line subway, 25 minutes from central Stockholm. A wonderful 260 sqm house in classic Enskede. 5 bedrooms and a new private spa-area with jacuzzi, sauna and luxury shower. The charming house from 1920:s has open fire, spacious rooms, PS5, Oculus Quest, HBO, Netflix, pinball, fussball, table tennis, bikes etc The streets are lush, child friendly, beautiful and calm. In the heart of Gamla Enskede you find our spacious villa with room for the big family. 5 bedrooms upstairs of which one has a double bed. Just 5 minutes walk from the subway and 3 km to Södermalm. Local bakery and restaurants just 150 meters from the house. Prior to summer 2025 we upgraded the house with a private 6x3 m tempered pool in the sunny backside.

We were lucky with the weather so able to make use of the swimming pool. Walk to the beach is only 2-3 minutes away. The house is in a quiet area and is very spacious. We loved the view from the living room! Communication was excellent and check in was easy.

Amazing Villa with pool and jacuzzi

We spent eight days in the wonderful house. The house is very nicely decorated and in the kitchen there is everything you need for cooking. In the morning, we often went to the pool before our excursions. In the afternoon, the large terrace invites you to relax. The location is great, the bus stop is practically at the doorstep and the U-Bahn is just a 10-minute walk away. Shopping is also a 10-minute walk 10 minutes. We therefore did not miss having a car. Stockholm is a beautiful and interesting city. Communication with Elin was always very friendly and helpful.

Mimmi and Mattias have a great home that grows to you with each day you spent in ihe house. Lots of day rooms, terraces, great kitchen fully equiped….the whole home has a great vibe. You are near railway but that should not bother anyone as the trains are very quiet. The pool and the garden add a whole new dimension. Be careful of two things. Parking outside near crossroad less then 10 m away may result in a ticket, secondly this is their home. You should treat it like that and be thankful that they are sharing it with you!

We had a fantastic stay at Carl’s beautiful house in Stockholm! The home and decor was absolutely gorgeous, making the space feel both stylish and cozy. The pool was a wonderful addition, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location was ideal, close to the city center, making it easy to get around. Carl, was excellent with communication, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great family stay. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Our family of five (kids 8, 12, and 15) loved our stay at this home. It's a very inviting space, with plenty of room to cozy up or spread out. The neighborhood is also lovely & peaceful. The kids loved the pool as well as the gaming systems. There's a good bakery & grocery store within walking distance. Downtown Stockholm is easily accessible via public transportation. Tobias & Anna-Karin were very responsive to any questions/requests, and they left a bunch of useful info & tips on things-to-do. A great experience all around, and we would definitely return. Highly recommended.

We had a really nice stay at Annika’s house! She was always easy to reach, and we were even allowed to check in earlier, which we really appreciated. From the first moment, we felt at home. Annika kept us proactively informed about everything we needed to know, and we truly felt very welcome throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

This house is even better than the photos: it is spacious, both indoors and outdoors. It has lots and lots of toys both indoors and outdoors to keep kids entertained - my kids loved it! And the pool is a definite plus. Patrik was responsive and friendly.
