Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Beautiful view over the Sickla lake and right on the border of the large recreational area Nackareservatet with endless trails for biking, running or skiing. 10 min bikeride to popular Hellasgarden with restaurant and rental of bike, skis, canoes as well as sauna with refreshing icebaths in winter!

Do you want to try living on an island, one of Stockholm's most unique places about 30 minutes from Stockholm city? Tranholmen is an island in Lilla Värtan, between Lidingö and Stocksund. Tranholmen is a quiet island without car traffic or motor traffic. The island is served all year round by a ferry and several trips go to Ropsten both morning, noon and evening, the trip takes about 10 minutes. Our how is located on a lake plot so we have our own private large jetty that you can swim from.

After that we are going to Jungfrusunds Marina to stay there overnight. There’s a lot of activities to do such as Restaurants, Spa, Sauna, Minigolf, Sports bar with Bowling etc. It’s also possible to go to Strandvägen in City Center. Idyllic Tranholmen is a car-free island a few kilometers from central Stockholm. BBQ evenings at sunset on your own deck, walks on the island or morning swim from the deck are some of the favourite things with our accommodation. Quiet but close to the big city at the same time. Perfect for both families with children or couples wishing to combine the best of both worlds. It is easy to reach the island by ferry from Ropsten in Stockholm, it takes about 10 minutes.

After all sorts of adventures in the nature reserve, a paddle, fishing or skating trip on the lake, or a swing into the city, you can come home to this cozy little house and enjoy the lake view and tranquility. Maybe you let the stress run off in the sauna or hammock followed by a swim or a nice outdoor shower. Here you are close to nature and the city at the same time.

There are two small cottages at the waterfront with a view over Askrikebay. You rent them bouth. Here you will find a pir, porch and sauna There are two kayaks for rent. You also have access to Stockholm City and Bogesund nature reserve by local ferry. There is a good restaurant close by at the Island.
