Attention - footpath is closed from March 31 - Oct 2025 due to Alpe Adria cycle path construction. Optimal for cycling, hiking. Toilet, shower 30 m in host house. (Optional use of washing machine also possible) Amenities: Refrigerator in the cabin. Grill, fireplace, cooking facilities (outdoor), solar shower outdoors. For fun: Swimming in the river, table tennis, badminton, darts, etc. available.

We spent a few days in the summer at the property. The location of the cottage is unique, panorama. The fireplace with table and bench also offers the view of the valley. Here we had a barbecue evening and breakfast . All in all very good.

The open living space features a dining area with a dark table set for four, accompanied by stylish chairs. High wooden ceilings create an airy feel. Large glass doors provide access to a covered terrace, which offers views of the surrounding landscape.

We enjoyed our stay in the house - peaceful atmosphere, a great getaway from the city life. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook and make coffee/tea. Lots of hiking trails nearby, wonderful lakes and stunning views. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming!

A fantastic short vacation, the Zinipi leaves nothing to be desired, it has everything! And beyond that, so many useful things that make the stay unforgettable, from the perfectly equipped kitchen to the lamps for the terrace to the beautiful seat cushions. Great apartment with indescribable views. The terrace is wonderful. In the morning a deer passed by, in the evening the fireflies. Absolutely quiet location and equipped with everything. The view of the lake while showering is priceless. Parking space included.

I was in the accommodation with my girlfriend in May 2025 and we were very satisfied. Erich was always available to us and we felt totally comfortable. We would recommend coming by car, as it is the best way to visit restaurants and activities. We would recommend it any time! 👍🏼😊
