The Shepherds hut is situated in its own woodland and is off grid. You will be able to take in the beautiful night sky and fall asleep to the tranquil sound of the stream trickling by and our owls twit twooing after a day of walking the coast line and visiting the RSPB at Arne . It has its own small log/coal burner to make it nice and cosy and there is a lovely comfy double bed to relax on. You will also hear the night time noises of our woodland friends -the foxes barking and the deer rutting

Amazing location and exactly as advertised. Short walk to toilet and outdoor shower. Very private and feel like you’re alone in the woods. Well lit at night but these can be turned off if you’d prefer. A torch is useful for the uneven path. Staff in all areas are friendly and tearoom is beautifully decorated. Overall great stay.

The cabin is in an amazing, secluded location surrounded by nature and greenery. A very relaxing place to spend time on the veranda with a beautiful view. The lodge was comfy and had everything we needed, the sauna and jacuzzi worked well. Highly recommend as it was perfect for a couples getaway, we'll look to stay again in the future.

Had a lovely weekend. Very good location for visiting the various attractions. Place was clean and tidy. Got a little chilly at night but there was an additional portable heater in the bedroom which helped and a fan heater in the lounge. Would definitely stay here again.

Spotlessly clean, very peaceful location, private courtyard, close to the town (5 minute walk), perfect base for exploring Swanage, Poole & surrounding areas. Catherine was very welcoming & knowledgeable of the area. Would definitely recommend.

great location right in the heart of beautiful Wareham town. Christine was very flexible with the check in and out. Lovely big sofas. Chipperies fish and chip shop next door had a bargain 2 portions of cod and chips for £12 and they were delicious.

A sandy beach stretches along the shoreline, featuring a row of wooden deck chairs facing the water. Colorful striped windbreaks are set up on the sand. In the background, quaint buildings line the beach, complemented by rolling greenery on the hills.

Lovely neighbourhood, sunny conservatory and garden. Beds comfortable and big fluffy towels. About a 20 minute walk along the tow path to Wareham, great local pubs and cafes there. There is parking at outside the front door but it's very tight if you have a big/ long car, limited parking on the road as large rocks on grass verges. The travel cot had been damaged and Esther called to inform us of this and had ordered a new one, what a fabulous response from the host.
