Great value Airbnb. Very well equipped. Lovely to get breakfast products. Beds were comfy, Inc the sofa bed. The outside space was a bonus. Great walks. Straightforward bus service to explore further afield. Lots of local walks, pubs and food options. Rosie couldn’t do enough for us. A great weekend. Thank you Rosie.

What a wonderful place - so unique and tastefully decorated. We loved it and would love to come back, we really enjoyed the beautiful walk into Peebles along the river and exploring the wider area with lovely walks. I would say though that the stairs are not ideal for anyone with mobility issues - they weren't a problem for us though.

House set in a very lovely setting with beautiful hills and in nature. House spotless clean and very cosy. All equipment we could possibly need for our stay. The garden was delightful! Sunny, private, quiet and tranquile. It was especially good to relax within during the fantastic hot weather we had! We slept exceptionally well. The area is a stunning part of Scotland, the views of the valley will not dispoint you. Ideal for walks and exploring. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you! We will definitely be back again! :D

Really lovely cottage, in a lovely part of the world. We managed to make the most of the facilities in our four days. The grounds and setting are really lovely and give the impression of being really remote, although in reality you are 5 mins from the local town by car. This was a very spacious, comfortable and well equipped place to stay and acted as a really good base for exploring the county. Abbotsford, Peebles and Traquair House were all highlights for us and were handy by road. Recommend The Crown in Biggar for dinner and drinks, and then home to a roaring fire in the log burner. Reasonable access to nearby charge spots if you are EV users like us. Excellent hosts with an excellent property!
