La posizione è inoltre comoda per chi desidera godere delle calde spiagge della costa nord-orientale della Sardegna: in soli venti minuti si può infatti raggiungere Olbia, capitale della costa gallurese.

At 700 meters flows the river Liscia, with traits ideal for canoeing.  Inside the property, in a path that leads to a Dolmen of the III Millennium B.C., you can take long walks immersed in nature.

Bosa, one of the autentic medieval borgo in Sardegna, was home to a tannery industry in the 19th century. This building had been converted to a home after the business it housed closed, the last tannery in the area. It is now an excellent home base from which to explore on foot the many historic sites, museums, festivals, cuisine and gems Bosa has to offer. Supermarket is a block away. Restaurants and tannery Museum across the street. Parking is in front the of house.

Charming peaceful cottage in the countryside

The cottage sits high on a hill with wonderful views in seven hectares of land which it shares with two other houses, out of sight of one another. It consists of two separate blocks, one double bedroom and bathroom divided from the main body of the cottage by a few steps and a semi inclosed furnished veranda which incorporates the open plan living room/kitchen and larger bedroom with bathroom. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and in the living room.
