The apartment is completed in June 2018 . The project wanted to enhance and rediscover all the historical parts of the apartment and give it value. We designed the spaces in order to have 2 separate rooms with their own bathrooms . The house is a movement of spaces , dimensions and materials . The room in the attic, accessible by a spiral staircase , enjoys the view of the port . From the hall the glimpse that crosses the Jewish quarter and captures a corner of the sea . The apartment is located in a lovely private residence,structure for tuna fishing in the past.The sea is 15 mt from the door,surrounded by beautiful gardens,ideal place for children because closed to traffic. The sea is full of life and amazing! There is a dock for private boats and the possibility to organize boat ride directly by the house dock. The apartment has recently been completely renovated Late arrivals will be charged EUR 20 between 8 PM and midnight, EUR 40 after 11 PM
