Family-friendly vacation rentals in Štikovica, Grad Dubrovnik

Just up from the Old town area, with view of the walls and fortress. Definitely have to be comfortable doing stairs, which suits for the majority of Croatia as well. You do not have access to the pool, however, jacuzzi was pristine and we used it during the day without any heat! Very friendly family, and Marija offered some local homemade beverage & dishes.

Gorgeous and relaxing space in a location poised perfectly & walkably between Old Town, beaches, and viewpoints (where else can you chill in a jacuzzi while looking at an island cursed by Benedictine monks, 100/10). Welcoming and responsive host, friendly neighborhood kitties, can’t recommend more.

Just come back from a beautiful 3 day's here as a group of 4 friends. Apartment was exactly as described, if not better. Clean, peaceful and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We got around using Uber, which was only 5 minutes into the old town and worked out cheaper for 4 of us than using a bus. Restaurants and bars around. Pool was a great addition too. Stairs could be an issue for some, but worth the climb for the stunning views, would definitely recommend and visit again!

Wow! What an amazing stay we have had! Hosts were always available with queries, supplied lots of information and tips in relation to Dubrovnik and left maps/guidebook also. Attention to detail was incredible and absolutely everything was thought of - board games, books, coffee machine with pods and little milks. The apartment was spotless, so clean, the views are out of this world - loads of room on the terrace to sunbathe, sit in the shade and then have a dip in the hot tub with the views. Air conditioning was great after a day strolling around the Old Town - the bus was at the top of the hill which takes you into Old Town Dubrovnik within 10/15 minutes. The hosts even sent us the timetable of the bus schedule - absolutely everything was thought out. Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

Sandra's villa is beautiful. we stayed as a group of 7 friends. its really we equipped, beautiful surroundings. Great bars and restaurants within walking distance and very easy to get further by cab . Great stay we'll be back!

The small apartment is very nicely located between Cavtat and Dubrovnik, both super easy to reach by bus. Mlini and Srebreno are also worth at least one visit and are within walking distance. The surroundings are perfect - quiet and well connected. We were very pleasantly surprised, as the apartment is newer and more modern than in the pictures. Everything you need is there, the view from the balcony is a dream, the pool is super clean and almost right outside the front door. The hosts are available at all times and respond very quickly. We were picked up from the airport and also taken back in the middle of the night - thank you! We highly recommend!

What an intimate way to enjoy the bustling town of Dubrovnik! Pictures don't do justice to the charm of this home. It was the perfect place for two families - plenty of bathrooms and cozy common-space. Most importantly, Darko is a gracious host who provided excellent recommendations of how to approach Dubrovnik in the amount of time we had. We felt very welcome and appreciated his great communication. Highly recommend!

Truly exceptional stay — the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever been in! This place was absolutely spotless — everything was pristine and felt so fresh and welcoming. It’s beautifully designed, very spacious, and filled with calming, positive energy. The views of the sea and old town were breathtaking. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available when we needed anything. They also provided thoughtful touches like toiletries, soaps, black coffee, and tea — such a nice surprise! The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet just a 5-minute walk to the heart of the old town. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again. The host family was incredibly kind and friendly. We had a wonderful time, thanks to them and the lovely apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet and just a 3-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. There’s also a supermarket near the bus stop, which was very convenient. The house has a beautiful garden with a terrace, which my son absolutely loved—he spent a lot of time playing there. The rooms were neat and clean, and the kitchen was very practical and well-equipped. I’d love to come back to this place already.

Absolutely loved my stay at Irena’s beautiful garden apartment in Dubrovnik! From the moment I arrived, Irena went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable as a solo traveler. Her warm hospitality and thoughtful recommendations truly enhanced my experience exploring the city. I was especially grateful that she arranged transport for my very early morning departure, which was such a kind and helpful gesture. The apartment itself is peaceful, well-kept, and surrounded by a lovely garden oasis. I would highly recommend staying here for your next visit to Croatia!

Minela's place was ideal for what we needed. We arrived late at night due to a delayed flight but Minela was very good at keeping in touch to make sure we arrived and checked in with no issues. We were travelling with a baby and Minela had the cot all set up on arrival along with some toys which was a nice touch. The video instructions on how to access the apartment were really helpful. Thanks for the stay!

Daria was so helpful, giving us a lot of info when we arrived. The location is great as we headed to the “new” port for dinner rather than the more expensive old town. We used the buses to get to old town as it was hot but it is walkable. Apartment was well equipped and it was lovely to have a drink on the terrace at the end of the night.

The accommodation was excellent, a very well-equipped apartment with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We traveled only with hand luggage, and everything we needed was available in the apartment - bath towels, towels and beach chairs, all beautifully clean and fragrant! We had a washing machine, quality shampoos, conditioners, etc. A spacious terrace and a large table, most of the day is in the shade so you can have breakfast and dinner outdoors. The apartment is in a great location, a couple of bus stops by bus to the old town and 5 - 6 min walk to the beach with a beautifully landscaped promenade full of cafes and restaurants. Directly opposite the apartment is a local shop, and a 5-minute walk away is a market, bakery, drugstore and supermarket. The hosts were wonderful, kind and cordial, always available for any questions, they cared about making guests feel at home. In the fridge, we were greeted by a chilled drink, several types of coffee and sweets. Beautiful vacation, it would be nice to repeat everything!

Stunning villa in a stunning location. Truly the best stay we had here. The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating with great recommendations on activities in the local area. They even went above and beyond and at short notice, let us borrow their baby carrier, for our 16 month old, for our afternoon on a boat trip. They provided toys too, in the villa. Every detail had been thought of. They also let us check out late on our last day as they had no guests arriving until the day after Thoroughly recommend. We will be back. Fantastic stay, very remote but perfect for what we wanted and around 20 mins to the old town by car! Beautiful views and great amenities! Definitely recommend for a group break away :)

The pool was great for the kids All the bedrooms were large and had a full bathroom en-suite. The two dining tables- one inside and one out, were plenty big for 10, as were the matching seating areas. The tv was huge. The 3 walk options to town were just enough to keep noise away but close enough to be easy. One was along an alley so very save for kids, and there was a playground on the way. There were two close mini markets and a supermarket 10 min walk. All was great. Will try to book again.

We stayed at the apartment for 7 nights and we had a fantastic holiday. Ivona and Michael were amazing hosts. Micheal recommend plenty of day trips, restaurants and sightseeing spots. Michael gave us a tour of the apartment and pool area and helped with anything we needed. Ivona was very responsive and helped us arrange our return transfers. We loved all of the little special touches in the apartment, felt like home away home. This apartment and the hosts exceeded our expectations. Location is perfect! Thank you!

We had an unforgettable stay at the villa in Lozica! It was absolutely perfect for our group of 10 ladies celebrating our 50th birthdays. The house was beautiful, spacious, and homely —ideal for a relaxing getaway. We loved the terrace with good space for dinners and chilling. The sundeck was nice, it was actually one floor above the pool and offered great views of the sea. It was the perfect place to lounge, sunbathe, and watch boats go by. The beach was just a few stairs away, only a couple of minutes’ walk from the villa—such a luxury! The location was peaceful and scenic, yet still close to Dubrovnik. Easy to reach by bus or taxi. We took a lovely boat trip from Dubrovnik to Cavtat and back, and one evening enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Restaurant Storia in the old town—highly recommended. Our host Vesna was friendly, helpful, and made everything easy for us. We truly had a fantastic time and would love to come back. Highly recommended for a special holiday with friends or famil
