Apartment vacation rentals in Štikovica, Grad Dubrovnik

The apartment was bright, light and we enjoyed our stay there. We particularly liked the outside verandah with lovely views over the sea. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure from the shower. Not far from the apartment was a small beach you could walk to and swim at. We really appreciated the car park spot provided and although the spot was shared with another group, it was manageable to get into the garage. The main bedroom has a balcony which overlooks the sea. The apartment also has a washing machine which was great for us to use. The host, Katica gave us some great restaurant recommendations, one a short drive from the apartment - Konaba Kasar which I highly recommend. Zaton is a lovely area and this place with the parking is a great place to base yourself if you have a car.

Paulo’s place was perfect for our first stay in the Dubrovnik area. It is peaceful, quiet, and a great place to relax! We used Uber to get around. It was easy and convenient for our stay. Paulo was a great host who made sure we had everything we needed and we loved his restaurant recommendations! Our favorite part about Paulo’s place were the lush outdoor spaces for guests to enjoy. I would definitely consider Paulo’s place again, if I’m in the area.

Nevenka was very friendly and the room was very clean and pool area very nice.

Indescribably great location with sandy beach right outside the door. Surroundings quiet, secluded and beautiful for walking and hiking. Right in the area, the hotel with restaurant next door, on the beach opposite a konoba (with freshly grilled fish and seafood) and the small bar. Twice a day a small boat docks (connection to Dubrovnik), which we found well thanks to Ivan's instructions. The other place on the island is about 25 minutes' walk. There you will find 2 restaurants, another sandy beach, the only small village shop (fresh goods such as bread come daily with the 10:30 ferry and prices are of course a bit high) and the official ferry (connection Dubrovnik - Elaphiti Islands). We had a quiet, relaxed time. If you are looking for deceleration (there are no cars on the island, only smaller means of transportation) and seclusion away from tourist crowds, this is the place. Even if, of course, excursionists visit the island every day.

Sinisa offers a pick-up service from the airport which is fantastic. He kindly drove us to a supermarket for supplies. The apartment is beautiful & immaculate. In the fridge were beers, wine, water, apple juice, and some chocolate treats which was a lovely suprise. Plenty of towels in the bathroom with a great power shower. A large terrice with table chairs, sunbeds & beach towels. lovely bedrooms, very comfy beds. Large sofa and T.V with plenty of apps and channels. The kitchen has everything you would want a large hob, oven microwave dishwasher, panini press & more. The apartment is in an idyllic spot lovely and quiet but in an uber just 20 mins into Dubrovnik. There are 2 really nice restaurants within a few mins walk and more restaurants 20 mins walk around the beautiful bay. You have the use of paddleboards, and just outside the accommodation are more sunbeds on the waters edge. Sinisa is a fantastic host who goes above & beyond. I would highly recommend this special place.❤️

We stayed here for 10 days. We had no trouble finding the apartment or getting inside. Lovorka was available to help with any questions. The semi-private beach is just steps away. We enjoyed the property, jumped in the water, BBQed dinner, and loved the view from the balcony. A great place to relax while still close to Dubrovnik and local markets.

Perfect place to stay with a lovely view.

We had a fabulous stay in Jelena's apartment. It was just as advertised. Perfect for 2 of us. Very comfortable and clean. Close to all amenities. Yes there are a lot of steps but you can also walk down the more gentle sloped roadway. 5-7 mins walk. Excellent bus service. The number 6 is very frequent, about every 15mins to the old town, about 4 stops away. It's worth taking some great trips to the 3 islands, Lokrum and also the Mostar trip. Jelena's apartment is the perfect place to relax or take some amazing trips from. We would come back again and highly recommend.

Beautiful place. Lovely decor and loads of room for us and the dog. Not a lot of local food options, but with reliable taxi services to Dubrovnik didnt really make any difference. Would highly recommend Divo and his beautiful place

Our holiday was everything we could have asked for, relaxing, peaceful with all the home comforts. Sara was super responsive and helpful. The terrace is a beautiful place to overlook the Adriatic and watch the world pass on by. Highly recommend it.

The apartment was beautiful, it had everything you could possibly need, and the views were incredible. Marija was the best host we could ever have asked for, she was so kind and helpful, we cannot thank her enough for our stay!

It was perfect place to stay - apartment is big, comfortable and clean. From the terrace you can see Adriatic Sea, close to apartment is restaurant with excellent local food. Tanja is friendly host and offer a lot of local tips: how to go to Dubrovnik or what to see. We had really nice time in apartment:)

A wonderful trip with my mother and 4-year-old daughter. We wanted peace and a beautiful place, and that's what we got here. We ate outside every morning in the beautiful scenery, a well-equipped kitchen where you could do anything. Private beach, or public but there were no others. We were able to stay later and enjoy the beautiful day when our flight left at 5:00 pm. A few good restaurants and playgrounds + grocery stores. We had a good time and rested. The house has 2 good bedrooms, a kitchen where you can eat, and a terrace that functions as a living room.

Ana was a great host, very friendly with some good recommendations for local places. The apartment is amazing, very modern with an incredible view from the bedroom. Would definitely recommend staying here and if we come back to the area would definitely stay again :) Thanks!

Great AirBnB, clean and tidy and suitably priced. Great location and outstanding standard of work in the apartment.

Just up from the Old town area, with view of the walls and fortress. Definitely have to be comfortable doing stairs, which suits for the majority of Croatia as well. You do not have access to the pool, however, jacuzzi was pristine and we used it during the day without any heat! Very friendly family, and Marija offered some local homemade beverage & dishes.

Beautiful view. Aircon working properly. Nice jacuzzi. Clean. Good kitchen. Great location. Soline is far less touristy than the areas nearby. Also you could’nt hear the road next to, only nature voices. Staff is friendly. Made us feel welcome. Recommended.

We have loved our stay in this apartment. Such a fantastic view, one we won’t forget. The space is just wonderful and feels so spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect. Hot tub too was a perfect addition. The outdoor eating area is so good to sit and chat. Went to the local beaches. Easy walk, hill is steep but so worth the view when you get to the apartment! Thanks, we’ve loved our stay with our grown up family, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Simoneta is a perfect host. Could not ask for a more helpful accomodating lady who went out of her way to make the stay great. Gave us lots of help in restaurant and transport suggestions. The handover was totally comprehensive. Everything supplied in the apartment for every appliance , outstanding. Hot tub fantastic and apartment beautifully presented . Totally recommend to anyone. However the walk to the property is reasonably steep so if you are not good on your feet bear that in mind.

Great location, across the street from the harbor. Easy access to public transport to the Old Town.

We had an amazing stay at Davor’s apartment, it was clean, very well organised, a topnotch view from the balcony and good location. I definitely recommend it and would stay once again if I’m back to Dubrovnik.

This is an excellent place, its luxurious, private and has excellent facilities and the view is stunning, we use dthe Gym, pools and Sauna which are all really great. The place is spotless, and Ivo and Minja are very helpful. If you are looking for an escapare for a few days to relax, then this is the place, 10 mins from the airport, amazing views over Mlini Bay, where there are restaurants and bars, and you can simply hop on a ferry which will take you to Dubrovnik Old Town in about 30 mins. locations also accessible if you interested in some road trips which we did to Bosnia and Montenegro - a great place, great hosts - Thank You - Noel & Caitriona !

The small apartment is very nicely located between Cavtat and Dubrovnik, both super easy to reach by bus. Mlini and Srebreno are also worth at least one visit and are within walking distance. The surroundings are perfect - quiet and well connected. We were very pleasantly surprised, as the apartment is newer and more modern than in the pictures. Everything you need is there, the view from the balcony is a dream, the pool is super clean and almost right outside the front door. The hosts are available at all times and respond very quickly. We were picked up from the airport and also taken back in the middle of the night - thank you! We highly recommend!
