Vacation rentals in Stigliano

I stayed for a few days at Anna's place with my dog. It was wonderful! Right in the middle of nature in a small village, there are plenty of trails to hike around this area. Anna and her family were incredibly friendly. Anna even took the time to show me around the village and its church! The apartment is very cozy, with a beautiful wood stove. I highly recommend!

Our first time using an Air BnB. We were delighted with our experience. Our host was nothing short of brilliant, lots of helpful tips along with advice on local area restaurants. You do need a car to be honest & there's a decent secure parking spot inside the grounds of the property. We arrived late at night & Salvatore was there to greet us with a smile. We were exhausted & just went to bed. Next morning was a joy to wake in such splendid surroundings. So clean, cool & homely. The pool, not heated but not a big deal due to the heat in summer, the jacuzzi bath & separate turkish shower room are all adding to the level of comfort. It's a good place for 2 people & maybe 1 or 2 kids on the pull out bed. We enjoyed a movie night on the big screen that was fun. As our first experience of Air BnB , this was excellent. Very well done.

We had a great 10 days staying at Trulli Tower in mid June. There is something special about having your very own Trullo to stay in and enjoy. The property itself was beautifully restored with all the amenities you might expect including a steam room, private pool and sundowner roof terrace. The position of the property means that your get to enjoy the sun all the way through to beautiful sunsets. Location-wise it is approx 8 mins to Putignano and the supermarket there. It was a great location for exploring the land of Trulli and and coast-line around Polignano a Mare etc. Sergio and his team could not have been more helpful. He was super friendly fly and helpful during our stay. Thank you!!

Maria’s home was perfect, beautiful location, immaculate, beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you will need. The bed was comfortable and the view from the bedroom balcony was heavenly - especially first thing in a morning when you open the doors to mist settling over the mountains and the silent ancient town below. The rooftop terrace also offers amazing views and is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing. Tortorella is a hidden gem, a town where time has stood still for many years, come evening the area is literally silent. Incredibly peaceful, the most authentic rural Italian experience you’re ever likely to find. Maria was so much more than an airb&b host, she went above and beyond to make our stay special, introducing us to the lovely locals and even acting as a personal tour guide on our final evening. Always available for advice and recommendations. This is a trip we will never forget and we will definitely return.

Unique Trullo is a special place, just like its owners, Angela and Flaviano. Surrounded by greenery and the quiet of nature, the trullo is furnished in a modern style and equipped with every comfort: a bathtub with a shower, air conditioning, a refrigerator, and even a convenient outdoor shower, perfect after a day at the beach. Angela and Flaviano are attentive and caring hosts: every morning they prepare a delicious breakfast for guests and are always available for any need. It was a real pleasure staying with you. We felt very comfortable with Luigi and Hilde from the beginning. The accommodation is fantastically located in the middle of the olive trees. The complex is very stylish and well maintained. In the kitchen there is everything you need, even a selection of spices. And fresh basil grows in front of the house. On top, there was homemade olive oil, bread and tomatoes from our own garden. We used the pool every day, towels are sufficiently available. At night it gets really quiet there and we slept wonderfully. The various nearby excursion destinations are easily accessible by car, our highlights were Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Ostuni. Cisternino and even Putignano are worth an evening walk. We experienced fantastic sunsets on a rooftop terrace in Alberobello and the vineyards in Locorotondo. We'll be back 🤩

The special location of the house above the sea and the large terrace are more beautiful than can be conveyed in any picture. House and kitchen are very well equipped, cooking and enjoying on the terrace was a great pleasure. The entire property, but also the region, is a green oasis. The house was built and equipped for private use, the history of the owners gives it a very personal atmosphere, a beautiful enrichment for us. Nicolo was always available for questions, his helper quickly on site, if necessary. Down in Scario there is a well-equipped supermarket and some restaurants, promenade and harbor are quiet and tranquil, a small bay invites you to swim, the nature reserve behind the house to hike.

If you want to have it nice for yourself, you sometimes have the need to retreat into a cave (as they say in Germany). This is our cave for that! Such a tasteful and well thought-out retreat, with so many wonderful little details. We were very happy to be there and thus to be able to experience Matera, a really very impressive place, better.
