Our apartment is located in Hohegeiß, a district of Braunlage. Hohegeiß is centrally located in the Harz Mountains at 640 meters above sea level. It is a place of relaxation for vacationers seeking peace and quiet. In summer, it is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. In winter, ski resorts are available in the village and nearby. There are excursion possibilities, for example, to Goslar, Wernigerode and Quedlinburg. The guest fee of €3.00/night for adults is charged in cash on site.

It is minimalist, cozy, and offers everything you need after an active day. The Thale climbing area and bike park are within easy reach, and hiking trails start right outside the door. Afterwards, you can relax by the stove—indoors or outdoors—accompanied by the sound of the Bode River and birdsong in the morning.

In 10 minutes you can walk through the city forest (enclosure) to the city center and directly behind your home is Hohenrode Park. The immediate proximity to the Harz Mountains offers many opportunities for active vacation planning. We hope you feel comfortable in our lovingly furnished cottage. One free parking space is available right by the house.

Our small and comfortable apartment has just been renovated after long-term rental, and is now waiting for nice guests who want to relax in it and especially in our beautiful nature on the edge of the southern Harz. The apartment itself is barrier-free. The path from the parking lot on the property to the house entrance door leads over paved areas with slight transverse slopes.
