Fra køkkenet er der direkte udgang til stor sydvendt træterasse i læ for vind. Haven er gammel og romantisk charmerende med bl.a. en nedsænket bålplads. Huset ligger tilbagetrukket på en stille vej 1 km fra Boesdal kalkbrud, Stevns Experience, Rødvigs skønne havn, badehotel og sandstrand. Udlejes kun sjældent
