If you want to go to the beach, you can drive to Vemmetofte Strand, just 15 km from here. You can experience many sights in Stevns municipality. It only takes 30 minutes by train to Copenhagen from Køge.

The fishing house in Rødvig offers a unique holiday experience in a maritime setting. The home has a beautiful location 100 meters from the harbor and beach. Rødvig is a lively port town with restaurants and cafes, shopping, tour boat to Stevns Klint, free tourist bus in the summer months to various attractions. There are great opportunities for swimming and surfing. You can play paddle tennis, rent bicycles and take the train to Køge. The beautiful hiking trail along the coast, “Trampestien” also starts in Rødvig.

5 min from the water's edge

The house is a summerhouse, in a quiet area close to the water's edge, and yet only 15 minutes by car to Køge, which is a city with both shopping, restaurants, cafes and cinema. Nearest local restaurant is only 10 min from the house (on foot) . Nearest Supermarket is 5 min from the house by car. The house has a unique raised garden where you are completely undisturbed due to the large trees. The garden is fenced in. There is a trampoline and a large lawn. There are 3 rooms (2 of them are connected)

Dette lækre sommerhus har en fantastisk beliggenhed, midt i skoven men alligevel kun 150 m til stranden. Indendørs er der åbendt til kip, og store vinduespartier der kan nydes om aftenen foran pejsen. I dagtimerne kan man gå på lange turer i området, hvor der er stisystem i skov og langs stranden. Måske nyde en kop kaffe i den lokale café, eller aftensmad på Restaurant Udsigten, som lever op til sit navn. Kun 20 min. køretur til den hyggelige handelsby Køge, der er rig på cafeer og butikker.

"Alex's cozy basement" is a newly renovated basement in the house where we live. With separate entrance. Only about 500 meters to the beach The temperature is comfortable, even when it is very hot outside. Guests have their own fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full service, pots, pans and everything needed to prepare a meal. There is a washer and dryer. Smoking indoors is NOT allowed. Guests have access to the garden, where they can spend cozy moments

Welcome to our beautiful family cottage in Rødvig! We are a family with 3 generations who love our lovely house in Rødvig, where we find peace and comfort both together and separately. We would like to share that with you! The garden is partially landscaped with wild flowers, which adorn the beautiful garden, which also includes a ball court, large partially covered wooden terrace, large fireplace and play area with swings and slide.

The bathroom is older and has no shower, but a hand shower by the sink. The house is located in lovely Strøby with close to the beach. Cafe and restaurant within walking distance and shopping within 4 km. The house is under renovation both outside and inside
