The house is a cottage, in a quiet area close to the water's edge, and yet only 15 minutes by car to Køge, which is a town with both shopping, restaurants, cafes and a movie theater. The nearest local restaurant is only 10 minutes from the house (on foot). The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes from the house by car. The house has a unique overgrown garden, where you are completely undisturbed due to the large trees. The garden is fenced. There's a trampoline and a big lawn. There are 3 rooms (2 of them are connected)

I stueetagen finder du et åbent køkken og stue i ét, med adgang til en privat terrasse samt et badeværelse. På første sal er der et rummeligt værelse med fire enkeltsenge og udsigt over havet fra den ene ende af rummet. Boligen skal efterlades i samme stand som ved ankomst.

Nice, bright and cozy cottage right down to the water and Rødvig's best beach. The house is at the end of the road and therefore overlooks the water. The house is set back on the property and has a nice front yard and large backyard, so there is always the opportunity to find sun and shade. The house is within walking distance of Rødvig harbor with several good restaurants, ice cream parlors, playgrounds and a very cozy and authentic atmosphere.

Cottage built in chalk stone with balcony overlooking the Baltic Sea and situated in a large garden, 300 m from the sea. Cottage built 1900 and renovated inside in 2020. Located 1 km from a small fishing village Lund, and 6 km from a larger fishing village, Rødvig. From Rødvig is 10 km to Stevns Klint listed as Wold Heritage site. Suitable for bike rides. Only 75 km from the Capital of Denmark, Copenhagen. Two dogs may be included.
