Set in the village of Great Offley, overlooking countryside this self contained annexe is a must for weekend getaways, airport transfer stays or visiting friends or family. Many guests stay with us when attending a wedding at nearby Offley Place We also accept day guests who need a work space during the day 9 to 5 (when we don’t have guests staying of course !) train links to London :4 miles either from Hitchin to Kings Cross ( 25 mins) or from Luton Parkway to St Pancras ( 25 mins)

A self contained studio with independent access, in our family home. Accommodates up to 2 people, with one single bed and one Z-bed which has a good quality mattress and optional mattress topper. There is a kitchen area with a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster and an en-suite shower room, with a sink providing drinking water and space to wash crockery. A continental breakfast and beverages are provided along with tea towels and detergent.
“I really enjoyed my stay here. The communication was excellent throughout and the directions and check-in procedure clear. The space is really well kitted out with everything you could possibly need, and there was a great breakfast selection. Everything was spotlessly clean and using the key safe it was possible to completely maintain social distancing during the current Covid-19 pandemic. I hope to stay again soon.”
