Enjoy the best the Finger Lakes has to offer on the premier east side of Keuka Lake. This recently renovated home sits directly on the water and features a modern kitchen, full size bath, and two bedrooms complete with memory foam beds. All the comforts of home with central heat/AC and 3 stage water filtration system. Outdoor space includes a spacious dock, covered gazebo, smart TV, and hot tub. Enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine on the dock from the #1 winery in NYS located 1 minute away!

The Ranch

Welcome to this ranch house located on 10 acres overlooking a beautiful pond. Wake up to cattle roaming the pasture in the back yard. Inside are 3 bedrooms with 2 king beds and 1 queen bed. There is 1 master bathroom and 1 other bathroom. The property is located 10 min from Watkins Glen where there are all kinds of attractions from wineries to hiking. There is also many options for food and shopping. The kitchen is stocked with coffee and basic cooking supply's and utensils.

No Weddings or large parties. No bachelor or bachelorette parties. Maximum guests of 8. Quiet remote cabin in the Finger Lakes. 20 Minutes to Keuka or Canandaigua Lakes. Many wineries and microbreweries within 20 minutes. This listing is a main cabin and an apartment over the garage that we rent together. Absolutely no hunting or firearms allowed due to liability concerns. No ATVS, UTVS, Motorcycles allowed on trails due to insurance liability. No Parking on grass.
