My apartment is located in the small, idyllic village of Ittendorf, very quiet in a cul-de-sac and is ideal to recover from the stress of everyday life. It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate access with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .

Our apartment is very tranquil and completely quiet in a street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor, and has a beautiful wrap-around balcony with table and chairs for a nice day in the sun. Just a short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house is another apartment… Captains Suite.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment from the first moment - the apartment is very nicely furnished, everything is available and very clean. The view from the terrace is a dream! We also enjoyed the very flexible check-in and the generous check-out. Many thanks to our hosts for the nice gestures to welcome you (coffee pods, apples and a bottle of wine). If I had to write about our stay, it was a warm welcome despite the language barrier, we managed to understand each other without any problems😉. The apartment was impeccably clean, it smelled clean and fresh. Our host advised us and gave us an "echt dodensee card" so we had free bus and train transport and a discount on various activities. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet area less than 200 m from the lake, pedestrian area with many restaurants and delicious ice cream for the evening, without forgetting the bakery for breakfast😉. Our stay was wonderful, we plan to come back to unwind. Thanks again

Beautiful, small apartment in Immenstaad with sauna and fully equipped kitchen. The host gives valuable excursion tips about the area. The shore of Lake Constance is only about 100 m away on foot, we were stand-up paddles, that was perfect :)

Very spacious and modern apartment. You can see the lake from the balcony. The bathroom is very large, optimal comfort. We felt very comfortable in this accommodation and our 18-month-old also saw all the space in the accommodation. I would recommend it without so much as a second thought! 🤩👍
