First mentioned in 1754, the house was always full of people who lived and worked in it. Nestled in the rolling hills of the Alpine foothills, the Neuhauser stands in the middle of a tranquil community that can be the starting point for many beautiful excursions and hikes. The lovingly designed living room and kitchen area overlooking the courtyard invites you to linger. There is also a bedroom, a bathroom with tub, toilet and storage room. Parking is possible in front of the house free of charge.

Von allen Räumen genießt man den weiten Blick auf den See und das umliegende Bergpanorama. Direkt vom Haus können Spaziergänge, Wanderungen und Radtouren unternommen werden. Außerdem gibt es unten am See einen kostenlosen Badeplatz mit Tischtennis, Volleyball, Paddelbooten usw (12 Min Fußweg, 1 Min mit Auto). Wir haben Fußbodenheizung bzw -kühlung.

Amazing accommodation and very careful owner. All furniture is made from high-quality materials. The soul of the master is also felt everywhere. A great place to spend a weekend with a couple or a company of up to 4 people. The only nuance is not very convenient shower, but the rest is perfect!

Small, quiet apartment in a rural area. I liked that, I was able to relax very well. I was amazed how well the equipment was with kitchen utensils, it had everything I needed for cooking. Host family is super friendly and helpful. I was allowed to use the garden. The 5 stars are absolutely justified. If I go on vacation in the area again, I'll come back. :-))

The accommodation was nice, with a beautiful view and a great location. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. During our stay, there were a few issues - specifically with hot water, and also the fact that they started trimming the hedge at 7:00 AM on Saturday. But these things can happen, after contacting the host, she quickly addressed the situation and apologized for the inconvenience. She also later brought us the dishwasher pods that were missing in the apartment. Despite these complications, I would recommend the accommodation. :)

The apartment was very well furnished, the kitchen was well equipped, only an oven was missing. The bathroom was large and very clean! Maybe you could hang a few hooks in the apartment and also in the bathroom to, for example, let the wet towels dry. But otherwise everything was wonderful!
