If you are looking for peace and luxury, the luxury holiday villa Villa Markermeer, located between Hoorn and Enkhuizen, is the ideal place to explore West Friesland. Most guests therefore stay with us for a few days. In short, a luxury holiday villa on the Markermeer. The villa is of high quality, beautifully located, with private parking for 2 cars, 3 bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds (possibly separated 1.60 x 2.00). The villa offers lots of privacy and features a widescreen LCD TV with all Dutch, Belgian and German TV channels, has a large kitchen, a large bathroom with toilet, central heating, air conditioning, Sonos. You have your own terrace with garden furniture, from where you have a fantastic view over the Markermeer. The resort has several facilities, including a restaurant within walking distance. There is a private boat ramp at the resort, so you can bring a small sailboat, speedboat or water scooter. The resort is located directly on the Markermeer, so you can swim right from the chalet. From our villa we have a beautiful view over the Markermeer. There are also beautiful golf courses nearby: Westwoud (10 min) Wervershoof (10 min) Lelystad (30 min). We even have a pick-up service from the train station or you can walk from the station to the Holiday Villa (Bovenkarspel-Flora) in 15 minutes. 'Markermeerlogies by the lake'. Lots of privacy and own entrance 'Markermeerlogies am See' in Bovenkarspel, in the Netherlands, has been completely renovated in 2015. The house is historic and very exclusive, just like the traditional buildings in the 'Zuiderzeemuseum' in Enkhuizen, and the 'Zaanse Schans', and the wooden construction in the various rooms creates a cosy atmosphere. The old wooden beams, which date back to 1500, are visible throughout the house. Nevertheless, it is a comfortable, modern, luxurious holiday home, with a warm design, for 4 people and enough space for your privacy, the flat is very pleasant, spacious and contemporary, with underfloor heating and all the comforts for a wonderful holiday all year round. If desired, a third room is available for rent. you rent the lower floor of the house (130m2). The upper floor (110m2) is not inhabited. You alone, can use the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals. internet and wifi are installed and free. the private car park offers space for 2 cars. the garden with terrace, borders the ditch where you can fish. There is also enough space for reading, playing games or sunbathing with a cool drink. In the garden (200m2) is a historic water cellar, dating from 1750, and the immediate area is ideal for cycling, walking and water sports, just a few metres away is the Markermeer. There are several smaller beaches in the neighbourhood. Everywhere the beach slopes gently into the water and is therefore also suitable for smaller children.
