The barn is set in the large garden of an old farm house in the historical Village of Kings Sutton, and has been tastefully converted in to a modern living space. The accommodation comprises: Large kitchen sitting room, with WIFI and Connected TV. A mezzanine bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2 or 2 +baby in cot) A small seperate bedroom that can be laid out as a King or 2 single beds A small tasteful bathroom and a utility room. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic tourist sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House. Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

One bedroom with super king bed, one with king bed, one with twin beds that can be changed to a king size bed and one with a small double bed. Price is for two people per night, £25 extra per person more than two people. Private parking. Only 10min from Silverstone Racing. 20min to Bicester Village.

Evenley has an artisan coffee shop, pub and farm shop and makes the perfect base for visiting Silverstone, Oxford, Bicester and the Cotswolds.

Located in the beautiful village of Evenley, walking distance from an excellent pub as well as a village coffee shop. Little Beech is well located to explore Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds. Silverstone, Bicester Village, Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace and Stowe National Trust are all nearby. There are also lots of lovely walks on the doorstep.

Hinton Grounds Farm is situated just outside the picturesque village of Hinton in the Hedges, 3 miles from Brackley. The Barley Barn is a newly converted two storey stone barn annexe with it own private access. One or two ensuite double rooms can be booked for sole use. The farm is in a very quiet, relaxing spot with no neighbours but within walking distance to the local village and a close drive to many attractions.
