The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. The house is spacious, high ceilings and with many cozy nooks. The beautiful hilly nature is characterized by the North Island, starting right outside the door. The North Island has shopping, restaurants, and specialty shops. We have a specialty shop HARVEST that also has wine & coffee shop. The gallery is with the works of Pernille. Newly renovated large and bright room on 1 floor with fantastic views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor - also with nice views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of "cinema" hygge with large canvas, a game of table football or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

New private cottage from 2018 with a beautiful view and location, which we rent out, if you want to take care of it:) Everything is bright and welcoming. The house is really nicely located on the property with a fantastic view over the seasons in Mols Bjerge. There is a large kitchen/living room and living room with wood stove, bathroom and three nice rooms with bunk or double beds. There is a huge terrace to the south and west around the house.
