This complete water villa no. 119 with boathouse is located in the water directly on the Johan Friso canal within walking distance of the town of Stavoren. From the boathouse, you can sail to the Frisian Lakes or the IJsselmeer. Your own boat can possibly be brought along on the >25 m long jetty. The skiphûs overlooks the water and the countryside, is cozily furnished, has a complete new kitchen, fine box spring beds and a bathroom with shower and bath. Our lodge is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, a smart TV and a Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxurious jacuzzi and wood-burning stove. The lodge, with its large private garden and unobstructed views, is completely separated from the farmhouse by a fence and is accessible only to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast is available upon request.

Directly on open water and fishing waters. The old harbor and the beach are very close. The cottage is an old storage room of the former lock to the Zuiderzee. Therefore, it has a unique character and feels like you are staying on the water. Suitable for a (married) couple, possibly with two children. There is one bedroom and a loft where 2 young people can sleep. At the front is a sunny garden and at the back a jetty on the water where 2 canoes are ready. ☀️

The terrace is furnished with a large dining table, BBQ and a spacious lounge sofa with patio fireplace. The villa has a jetty with swimming ladder. Free use of canoe and SUP board included. It is also possible to rent the electric sloop, which is also available at the villa.

The garden is right at the waterside, with a large jetty for boats, from which you sail directy to the Frysian Lakes or the IJssellake. The house is spacious, which makes it very comfortable for bigger groups. The kitchen is fully equiped. The garden is all around the house and you can park right outside the house. The open water is perfect for swimming and fishing.
