Apartment Grutto is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate up to 4 people, with living room/kitchen with sofa bed, separate bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. There is plenty of parking space. Furthermore, we are easily accessible by public transportation (5 minutes' walk). There is also a sandy beach on the Tjeukemeer within a 5-minute walk.

Fully furnished, full kitchen, etc. The museums, shops, bars, restaurants and the beautiful park (the Prinsentuin) are within 5 minutes' walking distance. If you want to discover Leeuwarden or cities around it, you have come to the right place! The Eewal is a car-free area, but the parking garage "Hoeksterend" is within 400 meters walking distance. Very central and so easy to reach and to explore from, in a quiet pocket of the the heart of the old center. Apartment is plug and play with all you might need, orientation tour is included (where to do groceries, eat and where not and other information you might need over the city etc.) I do not take groups in their 20ties or anybody coming for partying/festivals.

Step outside into the picturesque streets and canals and take a walk in the city park around the corner. Discover the historical monuments or visit the cheese market, explore the many boutiques or cafes and restaurants nearby. On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.

The Út fan hús apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen with fridge and bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has its own entrance. From the apartment, you have a wide view over the Frisian Greiden. It is located on the water, where you can swim and fish. You can also use 1 or 2 person canoes, a boat and bicycles for free. The city of Sneek is a 15-minute drive, Leeuwarden is a 30-minute drive.

There is a vacuum cleaner to leave the room without hair.
