Quiet area, within walking distance to a shopping center, art museum, grocery store/bakery, outdoor swimming facilities, great hiking areas and good bus connections. We have two sweet and friendly cats. You don't need to be inside if you don't want to. They have food, water, and insulated beds in a shed with a cat flap. We don't want to rent to groups of festive youth because this is a family home.

Welcome to our modern 4-story villa located in 15-20 min walking distance to Stavanger city centre. The villa, which is 250 sqm, is originally built in 1935 and is part of the historic wooden house development in Stavanger. Our villa is fully renovated in 2021, so it has all modern amenities. In our villa you stay close to the city centre but still in a quiet area. We have a six year old daughther, and a three -year old boy, so there is child-equipment and toys available.

The vacation home was newly renovated in April 2026. Well-equipped kitchen with most of what you might need for cooking. You will have access to your own equipment for use in the games room (pool table, darts, ping pong, and mini golf). Upon request, we have ball for sand volleyball and football. Here everything is set for you to thrive! Please note: The pool is only open and heated between May 15 and September 15.
