Beautifully renovated villa in the middle of the city center. Here you have everything you need for a wonderful stay in the middle of the city. A great backyard with sun all day and a covered garden room. Garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen, and living room with dining area. 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. One with exit to the balcony. The house is located in a quiet street without transit traffic. Restaurants, cafes, bakery and shopping just outside the door. The airport bus and boat to Ryfylke and Flo and Fjære a stone's throw away.

Sola Airport: 35 minutes WED: 25 min The tunnel between Tau and Stavanger is a brand new and state-of-the-art tunnel. It has two separate tunnel runs with double. The traffic flows very well, without queues. From the house to the fairgrounds, it takes about 25 minutes by car. From Sola Airport to the house, it takes about 35 minutes by car. Large detached house with garden, 4 km from Stavanger city center

Enjoy holidays in this large detached house, with lush garden, outdoor dining area, fire pan and trampoline. Quiet area, within walking distance to a shopping center, art museum, grocery store/bakery, outdoor swimming facilities, great hiking areas and good bus connections. We have two sweet and friendly cats. You don't need to be inside if you don't want to. They have food, water, and insulated beds in a shed with a cat flap. We don't want to rent to groups of festive youth because this is a family home.

Welcome to our modern 4-story villa located in 15-20 min walking distance to Stavanger city centre. The villa, which is 250 sqm, is originally built in 1935 and is part of the historic wooden house development in Stavanger. Our villa is fully renovated in 2021, so it has all modern amenities. In our villa you stay close to the city centre but still in a quiet area. We have a six year old daughther, and a three -year old boy, so there is child-equipment and toys available.

The vacation home was newly renovated in April 2026. Well-equipped kitchen with most of what you might need for cooking. You will have access to your own equipment for use in the games room (pool table, darts, ping pong, and mini golf). Upon request, we have ball for sand volleyball and football. Here everything is set for you to thrive! Please note: The pool is only open and heated between May 15 and September 15.

The whole house is wheel chair friendly with elevator and wide doors. Located in a quiet dead-end street, no traffic. Safe neighborhood and very close to the ocean and a small beach. Shirt walk to train or bus! Electric scooters available in the street too.
