This place was amazing just 10min away from downtown , the space was modern and had a lot of room , Daniel was also very accommodating he even came out to show us where to park and walked us threw everything . Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for long term stayers

It has been about my 3rd stay at Frode`s place. It is always nice to return. Good location, nice host and a clean, practical apartment.

Tord and Maria are great hosts. Everything was prepared for us, check-in was straightforward and the place was clean and equipped with everything important for a few days. The location is excellent for walking to the city center of Stavanger and exploring the surrounding area. We got great tips from the two of them, which we were able to include in our Stavanger program. We can recommend the accommodation. 😊

Monica's apartment is very nice, great location, right in the city center, very convenient to walk around Stavanger, next to the cruise terminal, you can enjoy the big cruise ship, just a few steps away from Stavanger Old Town.There is a parking space in the apartment parking lot, so you don't have to worry about parking.The apartment is spacious, the area is not small, the kitchen and living room are very large, and the sleeping room is not small, more than enough for three people.The kitchenware is very good, we cooked dinner and breakfast here.He provided the most detailed check-in instructions I've ever seen, including many videos, including how to enter the parking lot, how to find a parking space, how to find the door key, how to dispose of trash, how to open the glass door to the balcony, very detailed, which brought us great convenience.He was also very responsive and helped me with a lot of questions.Great value for money accommodation.

Really good location. A very short walk from the bus and train station and also a short walk from the old town and waterfront. The flat is comfortable and very well equipped, it had everything that we needed and more (the coffee/fruit/chocolate was much appreciated). The flat was very clean, the neighbourhood is very quiet. It was ideal for us for a long weekend and we would be happy to recommend.

Nice host. Nice apartment that met our needs. Tidy and clean. Nice areas nearby, trails and walking/bicycle paths. Located just outside Stavanger, but easy to get there e.g. by train or bike. We had a car. I recommend the apartment if you don't need to be in the middle of the city.

A cute, budget-friendly, Norwegian-style little loft apartment. Has everything you need. Perfect location in clean, quite old town, a step away from adorable streets. Nice view. The beds are small, was fine for us, but worth a thought for some. We had a very pleasant stay in Stavanger.

Had fantastic stay a great apartment in perfect location walkable to everything including central bus/train station and harbour for tours. Balcony was great especially as we had good luck with huge fireworks display right outside ! Would definitely stay again if heading to Stavanger

The apartment itself was extremely comfortable, with spectacular views all around! The location is perfect--it's a short walk to the city center and perfect for exploring the traditional Norwegian neighborhoods. Supermarkets are less than a 5-minute walk away with restaurants nearby. What made our stay even more exceptional was James' attention to detail in anticipating everything tenants might need--from kitchen utensils and appliances (including a Nespresso machine) to comfortable furnishings and towels and linens and even deck chairs! James also provided lots of sightseeing tips, also mentioning the Sunday garage sales in the neighborhood and the Constitution Day events on May 17. Although we never had a reason to contact James, he did get in touch with us to see if everything was going ok or if we needed anything. Overall, our stay was beyond our expectations!
