Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence with a terrace and garden. Here you can stay in Tau, which is close to Stavanger and the Pulpit Rock. It is a nice place for those who want to be close to nature without being completely alone in the forests and fields. There is proximity to both fresh water and the sea (a couple of minutes drive). Shops and restaurants a few minutes away. We are a family of 4 with small children who are renting out our house this summer. Here there is access to toys, a trampoline, a swing set and a slide for the little ones.

Apartment is beautifully renovated back to the era of rosettes and wide profiled moldings - with a twist of modern style. It is high under the roof, 3 m. The main door goes straight out to the cobblestone in Øvre Strandgate where all the beautiful protected and restored wooden houses that were erected at the end of the 1700s and during the 1800s are. You stroll down to the square and city centre in 2 min.

The vacation home was newly renovated in April 2026. Well-equipped kitchen with most of what you might need for cooking. You will have access to your own equipment for use in the games room (pool table, darts, ping pong, and mini golf). Upon request, we have ball for sand volleyball and football. Here everything is set for you to thrive! Please note: The pool is only open and heated between May 15 and September 15.
