Monthly Rentals in Stausee Oberwartha

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mario's, including the quality of the hospitality and the daily care we received. The proximity of the tram is perfect for enjoying the calm of this neighborhood while enjoying a very flexible mode of transport to get to the city center and beyond (transport provided 24/7 and with a very good frequency). The accommodation is perfectly equipped, very cozy and totally independent of the owners' accommodation although located upstairs. The garden is very pretty and was beautifully decorated for the holidays. We highly recommend this property where we will gladly return. Thanks to our lovely hosts! Laurent and Mathilde

I stayed with Wilhelm Airbnb in Dresden for 4 months and it was completely pleasant. He was very clear in communicating with me, he was there to help me when I needed it. The apartment is located in a nice, quiet area in Dresden, which is not too far from the city center. Overall it was a great experience and if I were to come back to Dresden, I would book Wilhelm's apartment again.

As a native of Dresden, I felt very comfortable even though I did not grow up there. The place made me feel like I could have grown up in Dresden. And our hosts were a good example of how nice and friendly the Saxons are.

Everything went as desired. My daughter and I were very satisfied. Of course, the riding experience was especially great, thanks again for that :-)
