The St. Kathrein thermal baths are located right across the street. The baker in the house offers fresh pastries. The ski lift and numerous restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment with its living room and bedroom can accommodate 2-5 people. It has a separate toilet and bathroom and from the living room you can access the loggia overlooking the mountains of St. Oswald.

Despite the initial difficulties we had a wonderful stay. Riff is a generous host, and easy to communicate with, problems were promptly addressed and quickly solved. The place itself is magical, the emptiness of the village that others found spooky actually was uplifting for us, and the quietness and the beauty of the mountains offered perfect immersion and winding down. The house is lovely and cosy, the upper store is a child’s dream - my son enjoyed it immensely. We are regulars to the area, know the neighboring ski-resort very well and beside skiing we enjoyed the local cuisine very much, or sometimes just grabbed a pizza from the village down in the valley. We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful villa! The location is absolutely breathtaking, nestled in the mountains with panoramic views all around. The house itself is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great recommendations for local activities and dining. We especially loved relaxing on the terrace after a day of hiking—it felt like a dream!

We had wonderful stay at Daniela's place. We had everything that we need in the apartment. It is walkable distance from the third skiing poin. We would definitely come again.

The apartment is very nice, excellently equipped and very clean. We particularly liked the view. Communication with Hans Peter went great and his parents were always available and really very friendly. We can only recommend a stay at the apartment

I can fully recommend the place. I was looking for some peace and you definitely have it here - incl. Splashing of a stream and a few animals living on the farm. The accommodation is located in the courtyard of the hosts and it has everything you need or could need (fully equipped kitchen, even spices are there, for example, the bathroom with washing machine and bathtub). Otherwise, it is worth mentioning that the bed is really very cozy - I rarely sleep as well as at home, but that was the case here. Everything was very well maintained and clean. I lacked nothing, the hosts are always available if you need anything or have any questions. And even if the accommodation is on the same property as the host, you are "on your own."

This was our fourth stay at Simone's and everything worked out 100% again. Everything very clean, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as a wonderfully fragrant and lovingly decorated bedroom We will be happy to come back, of course. ☺️
